Policies

Once you've been scheduled for an appointment with me, it means I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. While my booking system sends out reminders, as a complimentary service, it is ultimately your responsibility to be on time for said appointment. Clients who fail to show up for appointments will be subject to a no show fee. 50% of the appointment cost. 

If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment please reach out with a minimum of 4 hours notice. Of course, emergencies happen and I am understanding - however if at all possible a quick text would be greatly appreciated.

All products are final sale - should your purchase be defective or broken, I will gladly replace it for you.

Color Correction Policy

Color correction is a service that corrects an undesired results. Think box color brown that grabbed jet black, or orange/red root with brown length. A color correction takes experience, time and expertise - often resulting in a series of appointments to correct the hair while keeping its integrity at the top of the priority list.

A consultation is required for such a service, along with a booking deposit of $100 (non refundable) that will be deducted from your total at the end of the service.

It is also recommended to follow a professional hair care routine to protect your investment on your hair.

Gift Certificate Policy

All gift certificates are to be presented at time of use.

Gift certificates cannot be refunded, returned, or redeemed for cash.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Gift certificates have an expiry date - a year from purchase date.
